belirtildiği üzere Bürolar Konseyi 18.10.2022 tarih ve 070/2022 sayılı duyurusu
ile Gürcistan ve Kazakistan plakalı araçlara
yeşil kart düzenleme yetkisini Azerbaycan Yeşil Kart
Bürosuna vermiştir.
Bu yetki 2025 yılı için de
uzatılmış olup 1 Ocak 2025 tarihinden 31 Aralık 2025'te dahil olmak üzere bir
takvim yılı boyunca geçerli olmaya devam edecektir.

Issuance of Green Cards under
Article 7.3 of the Internal Regulations in 2025
To : All Green Card Bureaux
Dear colleagues,
As every year, during their meeting in September the
Supervisory Board discussed and decided on the requests of Bureaux to issue
Green Cards for vehicles registered in third countries and/or vehicles of
international (supranational) organisations under Article 7.3 of the Internal
Regulations. Namely:

The Supervisory Board decided to grant an authorisation to the Bureau of
Azerbaijan for the issuance of Green Cards to vehicles registered in Georgia
and Kazakhstan in 2025.
·
The Supervisory Board decided to grant an authorisation to the Bureau of
North Macedonia for the issuance of Green Cards to EULEX vehicles in 2025.
Despite receiving authorisation from the Supervisory
Board to issue Green Cards to EULEX vehicles in 2025, the Bureau of North
Macedonia have communicated to the Secretariat their desire not to accept the
authorisation and to cease issuing Green Cards to EULEX vehicles starting from
2025.
The authorisation granted to the Bureau of Azerbaijan
for 2025 is, effectively, an extension of the earlier authorisations granted
for the previous years. The authorisation is subject to certain conditions,
among others to ensure the financial stability of the Bureaux undertaking the
said activities.
Under this authorisation, Green Cards can be issued
with validity starting in 2025 (i.e. 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025) and
with a maximum validity period of one year. The Bureau of Azerbaijan is to
communicate the necessary information and practicalities (e.g. the insurer(s)
authorised to issue Green Cards on behalf of the
Bureau in the framework of the authorisation) to other Member Bureaux as well
as border control authorities.
