Karadağ Gümrük İdaresinden alınan 26.01.2024 tarihli ve
I/1-767/1-24 sayılı yazıda; EUR.1/EUR-MED Dolaşım Belgelerinin düzenlenmesinde
yetkili gümrük idarelerinin listesinin, 22 Ocak 2024 tarihinden itibaren
idarelerince kullanılan mühür örneğinin ve menşe ispat belgelerinin sonradan
kontrolünden sorumlu makamın iletişim bilgilerinin iletildiği bildirilmiştir.
Söz konusu mühür örneği Portalda "Dolaşım ve Menşe Belgeleri Mühür
Örnekleri" sistemine eklenmiş ve "Yurtdışı Gümrük İdareleri İletişim
Bilgileri" bölümünde ilgili ülke makamlarına ilişkin olarak yer alan bilgiler
güncellenmiştir.
Bilgileri ile bağlantınız Gümrük Müdürlüklerinin konuya ilişkin
bilgilendirilmesi hususunda gereğini rica ederim.

of Montenegro
Dear Madam/Sir,
In accordance with Article 31 (1) of the Appendix I of
the Regional Convention on Pan- Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of
origin, please find attached the list of customs offices of the Customs
Administration of Montenegro authorised for issuing EUR.1/EUR-MED movement
certificates, the sample of the stamp impression which our administration is
using from 22 January 2024, as well as the name and address of the authority
responsible for the subseguent verification of proofs of origin.
